1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KafaatAI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. The Platform is owned and operated by KafaatAI, a private RegTech entity.

2. Regulatory Compliance

KafaatAI provides predictive analysis and data mapping services to assist firms in complying with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and Nafis regulations. We are not a government agency, and our reports should be used as professional guidance. Users remain solely responsible for their legal compliance with UAE labor laws.

3. Use of Platform

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for internal compliance purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading employment data.
• Reverse engineer the Platform's predictive algorithms.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates UAE Federal Laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, algorithms, design, and content are the exclusive property of KafaatAI. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited under UAE Copyright Law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, KafaatAI is not liable for any financial penalties, fines, or damages resulting from the use of our predictive models. Our services are provided "as is" and based on the latest available MOHRE decrees.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
