2. Data Sovereignty and Storage

In accordance with UAE regulations, all workforce and personal data processed by KafaatAI is stored on secure, local servers within the United Arab Emirates. We do not export sensitive HR data outside the UAE jurisdiction.

Your data is processed exclusively for:

• Forecasting Emiratization quotas and potential financial exposure.
• Matching your open roles with verified Emirati talent.
• Generating audit-ready compliance reports.
